We understand how hard COVID-19 has affected all of our customers as well as ourselves. As part of the community we have stayed open here supporting the NHS, hosting Critical Care Teams from Oxford University Hospitals, and Key Workers who have been keeping the country running over during this lockdown period.


At the Linton Lodge Hotel, Oxford we have taken the opportunity over these last few weeks to take measures to minimise the risks for all:-

Guests Rooms: We are using more thorough Cleaning and Disinfecting procedures in all of our Rooms, both after every guest departs and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention to the high-touch items. We are providing Gloves, Masks, Hand Sanitizer and Wipes in all of our rooms for your added protection.

Public Spaces: We have increased the frequency of Cleaning and Disinfecting in all Public Areas, with a primary focus on the Counter at our Front Desk, Elevators, Door Handles, Public Bathrooms and even Room Keys. Hand Sanitiser is placed at all Guest Contact Areas, such as Hotel Entrances and the Lobby. We are minimising the number of people in the Public Areas such as Reception, our Lounge and our stunning Garden, for all of our safety using Social Distancing measures.

Front Desk: Staff are well-trained and equipped with Hand Sanitisers, Face Mask, Gloves and an Infra-red Thermometer to facilitate regular Temperature checks. We will be completing Contact Tracing Forms for all Guests to ensure all legal requirements are met.

Contactless Payment: Where possible we would prefer the use of , and will offer, Contactless Payments.

Back of House: In the spaces where staff are working behind the scenes we are increasing the frequency of Cleaning and focusing on High-Touch areas such as Office Entrances, Locker Room, Laundry Room and Staff Rooms. All staff are Temperature Monitored and recorded before they start work which is recorded.

Lounge and Food Service: Thanks to our partner Deliveroo we are able to offer Cooked Hot Food, Delivered to your Hotel Bedroom. A Continental Breakfast is available in a takeaway bag.

Ongoing Training: In addition to Additional Training for our Housekeeping and Hygiene protocols, the Hotel Team have also completed Enhanced COVID-19 Awareness Training.

All areas of the hotel have free wireless internet access including our Gardens. complimentary Internet booth, and Fax and Photocopying services are available.

Guests can enjoy free Car Parking during their stay,however outside these times, before check in (15:00hrs) and after check out (11:00hrs), parking may be chargeable. Please contact Hotel for more information

FOR EATING AND DRINKING

As from Monday 2nd March the hotel will be  working in partnership with Deliveroo, for all of our guests dining options, meaning that some of Oxfords best known and popular restaurants can deliver fast to your hotel room, or to our Lounge and Bar.

As has been widely publicised in the media, Restaurant Dining has been in a steep decline over the past few years and a growing number of hotels are now offering this unique service which gives the customer a much wider choice, and flexibility, for their dining needs. This has proved to be hugely popular with the vast majority of guests.

Our hugely popular Buffet Breakfast is unaffected by this change and we will still have the Lounge Menu available
